The United Arab Emirates on Saturday has warned citizens from traveling to Ukraine, and Kuwait called on its nationals to depart the country amid heightened tensions between Kyiv and Moscow.
Kuwait’s foreign ministry also said citizens should postpone any plans to visit Ukraine.
