Gault&Millau brings together 12 of Dubai’s most acclaimed chefs for three-night pop-up at ICD Brookfield Place’s The Space
Tickets are now available on sale for Gault&Millau UAE’s inaugural Culinary Innovators showcase, a flagship part of the Dubai Food Festival 2024.
Taking place over three nights from April 25-27 at The Space in ICD Brookfield Place, Gault&Millau UAE will bring together 12 of Dubai’s top chefs for a unique event showcasing the city’s exceptional culinary talent.
The roaming 11-course tasting menu will allow guests to sample signature dishes from each chef alongside beverage pairings, providing a rare opportunity to experience all 12 menu’s in one tasting.
“Dubai is striding the culinary stage right now and to bring together these chefs under one roof, with each creating a unique dish, especially for the event, is something to be celebrated” said editor of Gault&Millau UAE, David J Constable.
This event is the first of its kind in the UAE with 100 tickets available per evening.
