32 expat workers among 44 new cases in Bahrain

The Ministry of Health has registered 44 new active cases of which 32 are expatriate workers and 10 are contacts of active cases and 2 are travel-related.

Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed a total of 26 new recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus today, bringing the total number of recoveries so far to 1,186 since the outbreak first began.

Currently, a total of 113,436 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 1439, amongst which 2 patients are in critical condition. To date, 1186  patients have been discharged and 8 deaths have been confirmed.
