Kuwait has today confirmed 1,409 new COVID-19 infections over the past 24 hours, raising the total 194,781 cases.
The Ministry of Health said that 5 infected patients had passed away, bringing the death toll since the outbreak of the pandemic at 1,097 so far.
Health Ministry’s Spokesman Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said that 1,077 infected patients had recovered from the virus, raising the overall tally to 182,196.
