UAE: 4 arrested for traffic rules violation in Sharjah
Traffic control patrols at Sharjah Police General Command arrested 4 reckless drivers, who caused confusion to traffic and endangered their lives and the lives of road users as a result of reckless driving.
They tried to escape from traffic patrols on one of the internal roads in the emirate.
Sharjah Police received a report stating that their dangerous behaviours and reckless driving were noticed at a very high speed on one of the internal roads. The traffic patrols immediately moved to the site. However, the violating drivers fled after noticing the arrival of the police.
The traffic tracking systems and smart cameras of the Sharjah Police contributed to monitoring violators and identifying them after accurately locating them.
