Bahrain: Over 11,000 active COVID-19 cases; none critical

Out of 23,685 COVID-19 tests carried out on January 9, 2022, 1,694 new cases have been detected. There were 853 recoveries from COVID-19, increasing the total recoveries to 280,114.

There are currently 11,061 active COVID-19 cases, and all are stable. No critical cases have been reported
