Out of 20680 COVID-19 tests carried out on 24 December 2021, 221 new cases have been detected among 52 expatriate workers, 134 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 35 travel related. There were 40 recoveries from COVID19, increasing total recoveries to 276762.
There are currently 1121 active COVID19 cases, and all are stable. Presently no individuals are in critical condition.
