Bahrain: 2,784 Total Active Cases; Almost 40,000 Recoveries

A total of 382 new coronavirus cases have been detected among 149 expatriate workers, 224 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 9 are travel related. This was the result of 9285 COVID-19 tests carried out on 5 August 2020.

There were 241 recoveries, increasing total to 39576.

There are currently 41 cases in a critical condition, and 125 cases receiving treatment. 2743 cases are stable out of a total of 2784 active cases
