Bahrain: 96 coronavirus cases detected out of 12,979 tests

Out of 12979 COVID-19 tests carried out on 19 August 2021, 96 new cases have been detected in Bahrain. Of these, 29 were expatriate workers, 46 were contacts of active cases, and 21 travel related. There were 99 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 268836.

There are currently 5 cases in a critical condition, and 6 cases receiving treatment. 1127 are stable out of a total of 1132 active cases.
