Bahrain will take on South Korea, Jordan and Malaysia in Group E of the Asian Cup finals in January 2024 after the draw was conducted in Doha, Qatar.
The draw was held in the presence of Gianni Infantino, FIFA President, Shaikh Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of Qatar Football Association. The following is the result of the Asian Cup Qatar 2023 draw:
Group A: Qatar, China, Tajikistan, Lebanon
Group B: Australia, Uzbekistan, Syria, India
Group C: Iran, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Palestine
Group D: Japan, Indonesia, Iraq, Vietnam
Group E: South Korea, Malaysia, Jordan, Bahrain
Group F: Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Oman
