Bahrain: HM King Issues Law for Public Security Volunteers
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued law 11/2020 on volunteering to serve public security.
The law stipulates that the Interior Ministry may accept volunteers to serve public security.
Bahrainis, or residents, according to certain conditions determined by the Interior Minister, who are at least 21 years old may be allowed to volunteer for public security service.
