Bahrain: Kooheji Development Initiates Construction on Onyx Skyview  

Kooheji Development, has initiated construction on “Onyx SkyView” – the second project in their ONYX series. Situated in the heart of Bahrain Bay, the latest addition to the ONYX series promises to transform the skyline with an unmatched luxury design. The ceremony, was attended by the company’s Board of Directors and stakeholders.

Kooheji Contractors has been assigned as the main contractor of the “Onyx SkyView” project, and with the start of the construction activities. “Onyx SkyView” will bring a new paradigm for high-rise luxury development in Bahrain and the region in creating a modern and sustainable living experience. Additionally, the project focuses on creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for its residents, with ample green spaces, comfortable living spaces, and modern amenities. With these elements, “Onyx SkyView” will create a luxurious living experience that is both modern and elegant.

Featuring a grand main entrance facing the Four Seasons hotel, “Onyx SkyView” spreads over construction area of 108,000 sqm and comprises luxury residences, offices as well as an attractive retail unit along the two sides of the project. The project consists of 435 luxury residential apartments distributed over 53 floors, in addition to 40 offices distributed over 10 floors with four offices on each floor and seven commercial stores.
