Bahrain lists approved payment channels for Labour Registration Program
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) announced the approved payment channels for the fees associated with the Labour Registration Program. Payments are now accepted through cash dispensing machines and online payment channels. This is in line with efforts to facilitate the payment process and increase the available payment options for the Labour Registration Program.
LMRA noted that cash payments are now accepted through cash dispensing machines located in LMRA’s Sitra branch, any of the approved registration centres in various governates, and through all Bahrain Financing Company (BFC) branches. Online payments can be made through BenefitPay’s Fawateer services and Bahrain Financing Company online channels.
LMRA urges all registered workers to commit to the above payment process and makes the necessary payments in the prescribed time to avoid fines and permit cancellations.
