The moon-sighting panel has decided to convene again tonight (April 23), the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) announced.
The panel met last evening at the SCIA headquarters to receive testimonies about the sighting of the new moon confirming the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
