Bahrain: Six COVID-19 Quarantine Violators Fined
The Lower Criminal Court issued its rulings fining six defendants BD 1000 each for violating home quarantine imposed on them to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The Public Prosecution received a notification from the Public Health Directorate that six persons had violated home quarantine imposed on them after contact with people infected with coronavirus (COVID-19). Through follow-up, it has been found out that the six persons did not adhere to self-confinement and left their homes on different dates.
