A barbershop was shut down for violating the official store ban and secretly providing services, announces the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
The ministry added that the shop was a men’s saloon that provided its services secretly. It noted that the ministry sent its inspectors upon receiving information about the barbershop. After inspectors were certain that the comment was true, it took official procedures and closed the barbershop down.
The ministry added that official procedures were completed in preparation to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
It is noteworthy that Bahrain is applying a temporary store ban in its official efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19.
