The Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), welcomed a sell-out crowd on Saturday for the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2024, the Kingdom’s 20th anniversary F1 race.
A staggering 37,000 spectators witnessed a celebration of racing and entertainment in Sakhir, the highest single-day attendance in the race’s history, with a total of 100,000 attending over the weekend.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen was dominant in a one-two for Red Bull. Teammate Sergio Perez came in at second place, with Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz placing third in the race.
