The Ministry of Health has registered 1739 new coronavirus cases in Oman on Monday.
Among those, 225 new cases were of expats and 1514 of Omanis.
The total cases in the country has now touched 68,400, including 45,150 recoveries and ten deaths, according to MOH.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
