India: International Flights Remains Suspended Until May 3

All domestic and international scheduled commercial passenger operations shall remain suspended till 11.59pm of May 3, announced the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation.

The government body issued a circular in this regard on Tuesday, following Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address to the nation.

“However, this restriction will not apply to international all- cargo operations and flights specifically approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation,” said the circular signed by deputy director general.
