Kuwait: Motorist ‘Rammed Into 15 Cyclists and Fled Scene’
A motorist in Kuwait drove into 15 cyclists before fleeing the scene, according to the Ministry of Interior.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday morning and ministry officials are investigating further.
They said in a statement that the driver fled the scene, noting that the 15 cyclists were cycling on the main road without a permit.
