Saudi: Al-Ahsa Launches ‘Proactive Testing’ for Coronavirus
Al-Ahsa Municipality has launched an initiative with its first proactive testing station that aims to test people from their vehicles, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The testing station, situated on King Fahd Road, has a number of specialists and an integrated medical team supervised by the Directorate of Health Affairs in Al-Ahsa Governorate.
Different segments of society eligible for testing or persons wishing to be reassured about their health and safety are tested. The testing is done via two lanes.
The health practitioners at the point conduct tests, take medical swabs and conduct laboratory diagnoses, as a proactive measure to determine the health condition of those wishing to undergo tests.
