Saudi: First full international marathon to be held in March 2022

Saudi Arabia has announced the holding of the first full marathon in Saudi Arabia. This confirmed the Kingdom’s position as an international sports front and in support of the growth of the sports and tourism economy in the Kingdom.

The Kingdom has announced the date of the Riyadh Marathon to be on March 5, 2022. The Riyadh Marathon 2022 is the first professional full marathon in the Kingdom approved by the Asian Athletics Federation, as it also includes several carefully designed races to suit all members of society with different abilities and levels of physical fitness.
