The General Directorate of Narcotics Control arrested a man in Jouf for selling amphetamine. Legal procedures were taken against him and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.
Meanwhile, Saudi border guards in Al-Aridah, Jazan, foiled an attempt to smuggle 6,600 tablets that fall under the medical circulation regulation, as well as 44 kg of hashish. Preliminary legal procedures have been completed, and the seized narcotics handed over to the relevant authorities.
