Saudi: New COVID positive cases continue to be under 50-mark

New COVID-19 cases in Saudi Arabia stayed below the 50-mark for the eleventh straight day on Tuesday, with 49 new infections recorded over the past 24 hours.

1 person died due to complications caused by the virus over the past 24 hours. This brings the total number of confirmed infections in the Kingdom to 549,022 and the virus-related fatalities to 8,806.

A total of 57 people recovered over the past 24 hours, raising the total number of people free from the deadly virus to 537,990. Among the active cases, 49 of them were in critical condition.
