Riyadh launched an electronic ambulance system on Monday. The service, dubbed the “Electronic Medic System”, is aimed at cutting time of response to emergency case requests.
The advanced system will be linked to all 91 medical facilities handling emergency cases in Riyadh, according to SPA.
Its advantages include checking preparedness of ambulatory teams for the service, receiving new alerts, and charting the best routes to reach sites of the emergency cases.
