Nestled within NEOM, Leyja offers a blend of natural beauty and historical significance, extending from the Gulf of Aqaba coast to the 400-meter-high mountains sculpted by centuries of natural forces, NEOM said in a statement on Sunday.

In line with Saudi Vision 2030 and NEOM’s dedication to creating a diverse and sustainable tourism industry, 95 percent of Leyja’s land will be preserved for nature, incorporating innovative ecological design techniques to harmoniously blend with the environment.

Leyja features three distinct hotels thoughtfully designed by leading architects. The first property caters to adventure enthusiasts, with a design that integrates seamlessly into the rugged terrain, making it perfect for rock climbing and high-octane experiences.

The second property, positioned at the heart of the valley, serves as a gateway to exploration and discovery. It offers breathtaking views of the valley and is surrounded by a lush oasis.

The third property is a wellness retreat that reflects the natural surroundings with a high-tech, reflective façade, allowing the wadi to pass through the property, offering an interactive experience.

Leyja promises a range of refined experiences, including fine dining, wellness facilities, rooftop infinity-style pools, guided wadi walks, and captivating hiking trails set against dramatic mountain landscapes. Adventure seekers can also enjoy mountain biking and climbing.

Leyja joins NEOM’s roster of flagship regions, which includes Sindalah, THE LINE, Trojena, and Oxagon, showcasing the Kingdom’s commitment to innovative and sustainable development.

This latest addition reaffirms NEOM’s vision to create a thriving and eco-conscious tourism destination, highlighting the natural beauty and cultural significance of Saudi Arabia’s northwest region.
