The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) announced that it had detected 1,856 COVID-19 cases, after conducting 145,163 additional tests over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 209,678.
In a statement, the ministry said that two virus-infected patients had passed away due to COVID-19 complications, raising the total number of deaths in the country to 671.
noted that an additional 1,577 individuals had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 186,019.
