UAE Announces 387 New Coronavirus Cases, 2 Deaths
The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention reported two further deaths as a result of COVID-19, as the country continues to increase its testing.
In its latest update, the ministry said both of those who passed away were Asian nationals who had pre-existing chronic illnesses. The total number of deaths has now reached 22.
The UAE also announced 387 coronavirus cases, taking the total number to 4,123. The ministry said all are in a stable condition.
The new cases were announced following 22,000 additional COVID-19 tests in the past 24 hours.
The ministry also announced 92 patients have fully recovered from COVID-19, taking to 680 the total of those now recovered from the virus in the UAE.
