Woman claims she was arrested at airport for being too good looking

A woman was arrested for skipping out on a bill at a Chili’s inside a airport while claiming police wanted to rape her because she was too ‘good-looking.’

Hend Bustami, 28, a hospitality professional and former brand ambassador for a cannabis company, was booked for misconduct last week at the Harry Reid International Airport, reported.

Las Vegas said they received a report that Bustami walked out on a tab at the Chili’s restaurant inside the airport, and officers later found the woman ‘belligerent’ after stalling operations near a security checkpoint.

As the officers took her into custody, they said Bustami threatened to spit on them as she called them ‘perverts’ and claimed they were ‘trying to rape her because they never seen anyone as good-looking.’

LVMP officers arrived at the airport on August 31 looking for Bustami, who also had a bench warrant from the Las Vegas Municipal Court.

Although police had trouble locating her, they quickly received a report of a woman matching Bustami’s description sleeping near a security checkpoint ‘hindering their operations.’

The woman left by the time officers arrived, but she was later found at a baggage carousel appearing drunk.

Bustami was arrested and booked at the Clark County Detention Center, where she is being held on $1,000 bail.

Bustami is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas who earned a degree in Hospitality Administration and Management, according to her LinkedIn account.

She is due to appear in court on October 27.
