Bahrain: Covid-19 death toll reaches 700

The Ministry of Health today has announced three Covid-19 related deaths among one Bahraini female aged 60 and two expatriate males aged 37 and 43, taking the total death toll in the Kingdom to 700.

No further information was provided on whether they suffered any pre-existing medical conditions.

The ministry earlier announced a new daily Covid-19 record of 1,732 cases.

There are currently 14,838 active cases, of which 237 are receiving treatment and 139 are in critical condition.
