Bahrain records 131 new coronavirus cases, 559 recoveries

Out of 11,188 COVID-19 tests carried out on 5 July 2021, 131 new cases have been detected among 61 expatriate workers, 58 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 12 travel related. There were 559 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 263,373.

There are currently 73 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 43 cases receiving treatment. 1,748 are stable out of a total of 1,821 active cases.
