Bahrain records 490 cases out of 10,525 tests

Out of 10525 COVID-19 tests carried out on 8 October 2020, 490 new cases have been detected among 142 expatriate workers, 340 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 8 are travel related. There were 443 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 69854.

There are currently 64 COVID19 cases in a critical condition, and 100 cases receiving treatment. 4240 cases are stable out of a total of 4304 active cases.
