India reports 62,480 new COVID-19 cases
India on Friday reported 62,480 new COVID-19 infections and 1,587 fatalities in the last 24 hours – the lowest in the last two months, according to a government statement.
This is the 11th consecutive day that India has reported less than 100,000 new COVID-19 cases, according to Indo-Asian News Service.
