Temperatures Expected to Drop in Bahrain

The Kingdom of Bahrain was yesterday affected by low pressure, leading to scattered rain showers in the Southern region, where the highest rainfall recorded was 4.2 mm.

An official source at the Meteorological Directorate said that the latest weather map updates indicate that the wind activity will be moderate to active on Wednesday and Thursday, becoming strong at time, leading sea waves to rise up to 6 feet offshore, and contributing to a remarkable drop in temperature, especially overnight.  

The directorate called on citizens and residents to be cautious, and follow the official bulletins and warnings.
