The American University of Bahrain now provides a Master in Business Administration (MBA) programme. Graduate students seeking an American-style education on a flexible schedule can now earn their Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the American University of Bahrain (AUBH). The University recently launched the MBA, its first post-graduate programme, inaugurating its portfolio of graduate degree programmes. The two-year programme was especially created with working adults in mind and will provide them with maximum flexibility, offered outside of regular working hours to accommodate their work schedules. The programme will reinforce business fundamentals through a strong foundation of accounting, marketing, and strategy. It is broad enough to be applicable to multiple sectors while providing specific skills for management and real-world challenges with their executive- and leadership-focused curriculum. It will be offered at an introductory tuition rate for the founding class. More about the programme Officially commencing during AUBH’s 2022 spring semester and welcoming its founding class on January 30, 2022 – the programme will span across four semesters, augmented by additional summer coursework. The concentrations cover topics such as Financial and Managerial Accounting, Managing People and Organizations, Marketing Management, Research Methods, Financial Management, Business Strategy. The first 24 credit hours will focus on a general management curriculum, after which students will have the option to choose from a list of courses to complete the remaining 9 credits. Students will be then given the opportunity to select three courses for their major electives from a list of courses that include Human Resource Management, Ethics, Sustainability and Corporate Governance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and International Business.
