Kuwait’s Ministry of Health registered 979 new COVID-19 cases and eight fatalities, increasing the total number of infections to 181,484 and the death toll to 1,027.
There were 986 new recoveries bringing to a total of 169,406 recovered cases.
Active cases amounted to 11,051 with 153 in critical care, the ministry confirmed.
