UAE resident walks across the 7 emirates in 7 days, sets Guinness World Record

Sean Burgess, a Dubai resident, has set a Guinness World Record by crossing all seven Emirates by foot in seven days, in a bid to support disadvantaged children in Uganda in collaboration with Adidas and Gulf for Good.

He began his 650km journey on 2 March at Al Ghuwaifat on the Saudi Arabian border and finished his walk at the Fujairah coast.

Sean walked around 18 hours a day in order to finish within seven days.
