Saudi Arabia reports 1,116 new Covid-19 cases, 11 deaths

The Saudi Health Ministry on Thursday reported 1,116 new Covid-19 cases and 11 deaths, raising the total number of infections to 430,505 and deaths to 7,122.

Majority of the new cases, 377, were detected in Riyadh followed by 320 in Mecca.

No information was provided on the ages of those who died or if they suffered any pre-existing conditions.

An additional 1,129 cases have recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 414,139.
