Saudi: Coronavirus cases increase; 31 deaths announced

Saudi Arabia reported a slight increase in the number of coronavirus cases during the past 24 hours. On Sunday, the ministry of health said there were 1,413 new infections, marginally up from Saturday’s figure of 1,383.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom stands at 297,315, health ministry said.

Thirty-one people died due to complications caused by the virus, which brings the coronavirus death toll in Saudi Arabia to 3,369.
