Saudi registers 34 new coronavirus cases

Saudi Arabia announced one death from COVID-19 and 34 new infections on Wednesday.

Of the new cases, 14 were recorded in Jazan, eight in Al-Khobar, three in Mahayel, three in Al Makhwah, and two in Al-Batha. Several other cities recorded one new case each.

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 538,702 after 30 more patients recovered from the virus.

A total of 8,828 people have succumbed to the virus in the Kingdom so far.

Over 47.1 million doses of a coronavirus vaccine have been administered in the Kingdom to date.
