Saudi: WhatsApp Service Launched for COVID-19 Fight

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health has launched a WhatsApp service for its contact center 937 as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to manage the coronavirus pandemic.

The service features interactive chat through the messaging app in the number 9200058937, which gives information about COVID-19, Saudi Press Agency reported.

The service also includes details about health care centers, appointment services and other health-related information.

The ministry’s contact center has more than 1,000 employees across different channels – telephone, social media, email and instant chat on its website.
