The Oman Ministry of Health has registered 1,128 new Covid-19 cases and 9 deaths.
No information was provided on the ages of those who died or if they suffered any pre-existing conditions.
The total cases in the country have now touched 191,398 including 170,929 recoveries and 1,992 deaths, according to MOH.
In the past 24 hours, 1145 recoveries were reported.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH.
