Total Active Coronavirus Cases Cross 4,000 in Bahrain

The Ministry of Health announces that the total number of cases reaches 6,956 since active cases rise to 4,034.

Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed 2,910 recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus since the outbreak first began. The recovered cases have been discharged from dedicated treatment centres.

To ensure the safety of all, the Ministry of Health continues to increase its testing capacity, carrying out 236,828 COVID-19 tests in total so far.

Currently, a total of 236,828 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 4034, amongst which 8 patients are in critical condition. To date, 2,910 patients have been discharged and 12 deaths have been confirmed.
