Total Coronavirus Cases Reach 6,747 in Bahrain

The Ministry of Health announces that the total number of cases reaches 6,747 since active cases rise to 3,973.

Health officials in Bahrain also confirmed 2,762 recoveries from the COVID-19 coronavirus since the outbreak first began. The recovered cases have been discharged from dedicated treatment centres.

To ensure the safety of all, the Ministry of Health continues to increase its testing capacity, carrying out 7,646 tests within the past 24 hours.

Currently, a total of 230,188 people have been tested and the total number of confirmed active cases is 3973, amongst which 3 patients are in critical condition. To date, 2,762 patients have been discharged and 12 deaths have been confirmed.
