UAE: Daily coronavirus cases stay below 1,000
Daily coronavirus infections in the UAE remained below 1,000 for almost a week with 987 new overnight cases confirmed on Sunday, health officials said.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) also reported two additional deaths related to the highly infectious disease.
The UAE’s caseload now stands at 716,381 with 2,038 fatalities.
