Bahrain: Man Accused of Dumping Drug-Mate’s Body

A suspect accused of dropping his drug-mate’s dead body in an open area was arrested. The arrest came after a viral video of a dead body of a 41-year-old Bahraini in Tubli area.

The General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science stated that investigation resulted in the identification and arrest of one of the suspects in the incident. Initial investigations indicated that he was with the decedent and after taking the drugs he transported the body to Tubli. It indicated that the cause of death was a drug overdose.

They assured that legal procedures were taken in preparation for referring the case to the Public Prosecution.
