Bahrain records 1,120 new COVID-19 cases, 994 recoveries

Out of 18,103 COVID-19 tests carried out on 7 April 2021, 1,120 new cases have been detected among 401 expatriate workers, 684 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 35 are travel related. There were 994 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 141,119.

There are currently 74 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 153 cases receiving treatment. 10,191 are stable out of a total of 10,265 active cases.
