Canadian School Bahrain debuts new building, doubles its students’ intake

The Canadian School Bahrain (CSB) recently debuted its new building, which doubled the school’s student intake for the new academic year 2022 – 23.

The new building is a state-of-the-art facility featuring 45 large classrooms, a library, a science lab, and a variety of other amenities such as an indoor paly area and a prayer room.

“The new building will help us meet the growing demand for our school, and it will provide our students with a world-class education.”

Mrs. Mariam Abdulghaffar Al Kooheji, Head of the Executive Committee of Canadian School Bahrain

CSB is a leading educational institution in the region, offering the British Columbia curriculum (BC Curriculum). The school is poised to become one of the largest private schools in Bahrain and the region featuring first-of-its-kind facilities to provide students with a holistic education approach by focusing on their academic excellence and wellbeing.

This new building is in line with our focus on providing the best education possible within the best campus. Post the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have not just rebuilt better, but we have also built forward differently, by understanding the impact of the pandemic on student learning and well-being. We understand the impact on both parents and students’ socio-emotional and educational lives. At Canadian School Bahrain, we opened our doors this year with a plan in place that ensures smooth back to normal life.”

Mrs. Abby Saadeh, Canadian School Bahrain Principal
