Oman allows more activities to reopen from today
The Ministry of Interior has announced the seventh package of activities that will be allowed immediately.
The Ministry said in a statement: “Based on the approval of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 , the following activities will be reopened from today (Tuesday):
- Other sports activities (without spectators)
- Bowling centers
- Cinema halls
- Parks, beaches and public places
- Restaurant areas in commercial complexes
- Retail stores in Al Mawaleh Central Market
- Exhibitions and conferences sector
- Health clubs
- The second stage of beauty salons
- Changing rooms
- Nurseries and kindergartens
- Halls for weddings and events
- Amusement game halls
- Tent rental shops
- Fully open parking lots in malls
- Children 12 years or younger allowed to participate in all activities
- Tourist sites (including museums, khat, and forts)
- Rehabilitation and treatment centres
- Tourist visa applications
- Children’s play halls
