Bahrain records 80 new cases and 43 recoveries

Out of 15,396 COVID-19 tests carried out on 8 October 2021, 80 new cases have been detected among 21 expatriate workers, 36 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 23 travel related. There were 43 recoveries from COVID-19, increasing total recoveries to 273,536.

There are currently 4 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 7 cases receiving treatment. 608 are stable out of a total of 612 active cases.
